The Foundation will maintain its own governing documents, board oversight, financial records, bank accounts, contracts, and conflict-of-interest procedures. Any relationship with the LLC will be documented, reviewed, and structured to protect the Foundation's charitable purpose.
Formal giving mechanisms will follow legal and accounting readiness.
Until formation, banking, accounting, and federal tax-exemption steps are complete, this site will not claim that contributions are tax-deductible.
