ScubaRC was founded by a retired U.S. Navy Chief and built as a collective intelligence organization whose combined experience spans maritime rescue and interdiction, special warfare, information warfare, deployed cryptologic operations across tactical, operational, strategic, national, and global mission sets, cyber offense and defense, cyber threat intelligence, HUMINT interviewing and interrogation, research, engineering, and public service.
Its work is directed by several diverse minds—each contributing different experience, judgment, creativity, and perspective—and strengthened by tactical, targeted AI systems designed to accelerate research, challenge assumptions, connect ideas, and turn collective intelligence into practical public benefit.
